Apparently, many people online are suggesting that Robert’s degree is fraudulent? ²

Robert Duncan posted his degree originally posted on a site called “Peace Pink”, a site for targeted individuals. That site no longer exists. It seems everything pre 2015 has been deleted from the archive?

I found the old archive link ³ and many members of “Peace Pink” complained there were issues with the seal and referred to him as “Dr. Dunkin Donuts.” ⁴

Is Duncan’s doctorate “doctored”? Why does he blank out his middle initial? The Dissertation says Robert P. Duncan?
