The New World Order, CIA/MKUltra-Inspired Pot Legalization Movement

In Aldous Huxley’s book, Brave New World (1932), drugs taught people to “love their slavery (1). Is this the purpose of pot legalization? There are many signs that LSD and marijuana are the New World Order drugs. Timothy Leary said the CIA, funded by the banking cartel, created the LSD Movement (2). This led to its use in a project called “MKUltra.” The following excerpt from Wikipedia describes what that is:

Project MKUltra, also called the CIA mind control program, is the code name given to a program of experiments on human subjects that were designed and undertaken by the United States Central Intelligence Agency, and which were, at times, illegal. The operation was officially sanctioned in 1953 and halted in 1973. The program engaged in many illegal activities, including the use of U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy. MKUltra used numerous methods to manipulate people’s mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, and torture. The scope of Project MKUltra was broad with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including colleges and universities, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies. The CIA operated through these institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions were aware of the CIA’s involvement (3).

A 1955 document submitted to the 1977 US Senate hearings on MKUltra lists the CIA’s goals for mass drugging the population (4). The CIA wanted to discover chemicals that would “lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men.” Sounds like a general description of the destruction of society! The following statements are taken directly from the 1955 CIA document (page 123-124):

Figures #1, #2, and #3 are the pages taken from the CIA’s 1955 document referring to MKUltra.

A portion of the Research and Development Program of (MKUltra) TSS/Chemical Division is devoted to the discovery of the following materials and methods:

  1. Substances which will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be discredited in public.
  2. Substances which increase the efficiency of mentation and perception.
  3. Materials which will prevent or counteract the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
  4. Materials which will promote the intoxicating effect of alcohol.
  5. Materials which will produce the signs and symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so that they may be used for malingering, etc.
  6. Materials which will render the induction of hypnosis easier or otherwise enhance its usefulness.
  7. Substances which will enhance the ability of individuals to withstand privation, torture and coercion during interrogation and so-called “brain-washing”.
  8. Materials and physical methods which will produce amnesia for events preceding and during their use.
  9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time and capable of surreptitious use.
  10. Substances which produce physical disablement such as paralysis of the legs, acute anemia, etc.
  11. Substances which will produce “pure” euphoria with no subsequent let-down.
  12. Substances which alter personality structure in such a way that the tendency of the recipient to become dependent upon another person is enhanced.
  13. A material which will cause mental confusion of such a type that the individual under its influence will find it difficult to maintain a fabrication under questioning.
  14. Substances which will lower the ambition and general working efficiency of men when administered in undetectable amounts.
  15. Substances which promote weakness or distortion of the eyesight or hearing faculties, preferably without permanent effects.
  16. A knockout pill which can surreptitiously be administered in drinks, food, cigarettes, as an aerosol, etc., which will be safe to use, provide a maximum of amnesia, and be suitable for use by agent types on an ad hoc basis.
  17. A material which can be surreptitiously administered by the above routes and which in very small amounts will make it impossible for a man to perform any physical activity whatsoever.

At the end of this 1955 CIA document, the author makes these remarks (4)(5):

In practice, it has been possible to use outside cleared contractors for the preliminary phases of this [research] work. However, that part which involves human testing at effective dose levels presents security problems which cannot be handled by the ordinary contractors… The proposed [human testing] facility offers a unique opportunity for the secure handling of such clinical testing in addition to the many advantages outlined in the project proposal. The security problems mentioned above are eliminated by the fact that the responsibility for the testing will rest completely upon the physician and the hospital. [deleted] will allow [CIA] TSS/CD personnel to supervise the work very closely to make sure that all tests are conducted according to the recognized practices and embody adequate safeguards.

In other words, no outside contractors allowed at the universities for the core of the experiments, which by the way, could be carried forward for decades at a secret in-house facility and over the years, more facilities could be created.

If you examine the full range of psychiatric drugs and pharmaceuticals developed since 1955, you’ll see that a number of them fit the CIA’s agenda. Brain stimulants used to treat ADHD (e.g. Ritalin) can cause depression, anxiety and suicide (6). Anti-psychotic drugs (e.g. tranquilizers Haldol, Risperdal) can cause long-term disability and brain damage, create dependency on others such as family or government (7). And of course, the SSRI Antidepressants, like Prozac, Paxil and Zoloft, which produce extreme and debilitating highs and lows and also push people over the edge into committing suicide or violence (8)(9). Anti-anxiety drugs (e.g. Benzodiazepines such as Ativan, Valium, Xanax) cause dependency, depression and dementia (10).

And let’s not forget pain medications such as the Opioids (e.g. Heroine, Fentanyl, OxyContin, Vicodin, Morphine and Codeine) that attach to “opioid receptors” in the brain to eliminate pain also cause serious long-term dependency and over-doses (11). In Canada, there have been more than 11,500 opioid deaths in the last 3 years (12). In the United States that number is over 47,600 in 2017 alone (13)! Most of these drugs are Schedule 1 pharmaceuticals, the most restrictive category of drugs that are ranked as the highest in abuse potential, that serve a medical purpose in smaller doses, over a short duration and under medical supervision. However, all these drugs along with Marijuana, LSD, Methamphetamine, and Ecstasy when combined with alcohol, can cause severe brain damage, coma and even death.

Marijuana is considered a gateway drug and acts to prime the brain for enhanced responses later to other drugs. Marijuana use is positively correlated with alcohol use and cigarette use, as well as illegal drugs like cocaine and methamphetamine (14). The legalization of Marijuana along with tobacco and alcohol, will increase drug abuse, including the expanding opioid epidemic.

It is clear that the New World Order is pushing for the total legalization of all drugs around the world. The push is being coordinated by the Global Commission on Drug Policy (GCDP) a panel of world leaders and intellectuals, with a Secretariat based in Geneva, Switzerland. Members include Richard Branson, United Nations former secretary Kofi Anann, former Brazil President Cardoso, and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Canadian Louise Arbour. She is also the president of the Soros-Giustra funded International Crisis Group (ICG) (15)(16). The Global Commission on Drug Policy are backed by the Open Society and Avaaz, two George Soros organizations (17)(18).

“The Commission’s 2014 report advanced the globalizing debate over drug control and made 5 recommendations for effective drug policy that include: “putting health and community safety first; ensuring equitable access to controlled medicines; ending the criminalization of people who use or possess drugs; promoting alternatives to incarceration for participants in illicit drug markets, including cultivators; and encouraging policy innovations such as legally regulated markets beginning with cannabis but not limited to cannabis, coca leaf and certain psychoactive substances (LSD). Never had so many former world leaders spoken out in support of legal regulation of currently illicit drugs (19)”

Their argument was that the global war on drugs had failed and had done nothing in curbing drug violence and that legalization would decrease drug-related crimes (20).

The opposite occurred in Uruguay, which was the first country to legalize marijuana in 2013. Currently Uruguay is experiencing an epidemic of violence; homicides have increased by 46% in this past year, which is higher than most South American Nations. The majority of the crimes are occurring within organized criminal groups and drug trafficking, and they have experienced a 53.8% increase in armed robberies. Why? There are more people robbing businesses, homes and citizens, which have increased the probability of homicides. Legalization has forced criminals to seek alternative sources of income along with the addicts. Now Uruguayans are calling for a referendum asking for tougher policies against crime that will give the military a greater role on domestic security (21)(22).

Colorado and Washington were the first states to legalize recreational marijuana in 2012. Since then homicide rates in Denver and the District of Columbia have also doubled with officials complaining that this industry has spawned home invasions, violent crimes and robberies (23)(24). And in California the marijuana “black market” economy boomed after legalization. Similar trends were seen in Colorado, Washington, and Massachusetts. Oregon saw a surge in unlicensed private clubs, home grown operations, and illicit sales (25)(s26). Chalk up the win for the Globalists; they are now getting the police-state they wanted!

The Globalist have four main objectives: first, the “dumbing down: of the general population, youth and young adults by encouraging drug use through social media, propaganda, and alternative life-styles, and Hollywood endorsements etc. ; second, the destruction of the family unit through addiction (e.g. a junkie cannot take care of his/her family) thereby placing a heavier financial burden on society and governments; third, create the necessary chaos you need through the decriminalization of drugs which will in turn cause an increase in street crimes, guns and gang-related crime and; four complete the transition to a police state. Usher in the New World Order!

  1. Bro I think you need to take a statistics course. Correlation does not imply causation. Or maybe using logic and reasoning appropriately would allow people to see through whatever agenda you’re trying to push.
