Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel replied; “my scientists are looking into those data to see how accurate they are”.
Bancel went on to explain: “…escape from a lab by an accident, it’s possible, humans make mistakes – so is it possible that the Wuhan lab in China was looking at virus enhancement or gene modification and then there was an accident, somebody was infected…it is possible”
The fact is, the sequence has existed since Fauci/NIH gave it to Bencel/Moderna who patented the SARS-CoV-2 sequence, and then handed it to Chinese “partners” for human trials.
The sequence existed in it’s entirety since 2015. Bancel knows this explicitly, that’s why he’s laughing at us.
But Bencel takes the lie to another level, he then says that the Chinese were working on similar programs and the virus might have escaped from their lab. Perhaps, but the Chinese Military lab was working with the protein sequence Bancel and Fauci provided! And that military lab provided the sequence to the WHO/NCBI that ended up in all the vaccines.
USA, Canada, France and China were primarily responsible for making this pandemic a reality.
This was all done in the shadows, through the ultimate Hybrid Universe of Private Public Partnerships.

Public Private Partnerships have existed since 1958! Industry has always steered government using tax payers money!
The Economist has called DARPA the agency “that shaped the modern world,” and pointed out that “Moderna’s covid-19 vaccine sits alongside weather satellites, GPS, drones, stealth technology, voice interfaces, the personal computer and the internet on the list of innovations for which DARPA can claim at least partial credit.” Its track record of success has inspired governments around the world to launch similar research and development agencies.

DARPA is run by Industry! It is at arm length from the government because of what it does…. research to risky and can be criticized by government! Look:
